With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nora Mae Burkhalter of Winchester, Tennessee, who passed away on January 1, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Bailey and Artie Bean Bailey of Winchester Springs; her husband Glen S. Burkhalter; her daughter Deborah Price; and her siblings, Libby Killebrew, Harmon Bailey, Erma Kirkes, Wilma Hesketh, Aaron Bailey, Arline Swiner, Dossett Bailey and Lara Lee.
She is survived by: her daughters, Glenda Drake, Peggy Heath (Steve) and Nancy Burkhalter (Dean DeNardis); her grandchildren, Jeremy Price, James Price (Jamie), Douglas Drake (Melinda), Dean Drake (Samantha), David Drake (Jaclyn), Heather Crenshaw (Eddie), Max Heath (Amber) and Mason Heath (Lexie); and her great grandchildren, Ellie Price, Jack Price of Daisy Price, D. J, Tanner Drake, Jimmy Shields, Daniel Drake, Daphne Drake, Decklin Drake, Dawson Drake, Abigail Drake and Harrison.
