She was predeceased by: her parents, William Roscoe and Georgia Gunn (Wilson); her husband Sam Charles Smith; her son Don Ray Smith; her siblings, Bill Gunn, Hoover Gunn and JoAnn Thursby; and her son-in-law Troy Brown.
She is survived by: her daughter Dana Brown; her granddaughters, Mandy Haney (Kojack), Stephanie Clark (Michael) and Shelley Halloway (Scott); her great grandchildren, Karleigh, Kyleigh, Kameron, Mookie, Kody, Michael, Derrick, Ryder, Braedon and Bella; her great great grandchildren, Addison, Emerson, Madelynn, Blakelyn and Haleigh Rae; and her siblings, Tom Gunn and Hamp Gunn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Moore-Cortner Funeral Home (300 1st Ave NW, Winchester, TN 37398). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
