He was predeceased by: his parents, Davis Champion and Nancy Holder (Carlton); and his siblings, Morgan Holder, Mary Lancaster, Pete Holder, Jack Holder, Maggie Isbell and Kenneth Holder.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Prince Holder of Winchester; his children, Steve Holder (Brenda) of Bremen, Georgia and Nancy Holder Panter (Mike) of Winchester; his siblings, Ruth and Parker Holder; and his grandchildren, Megan (Dan), Jordan (Amanda), Tara (Terry), Ericka (Adrian) and Vanessa (Jed). He is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren.
