She was predeceased by: her parents, Dudley E. Garner and Gertrude Garner (Adams); her husband C. E. Vincent; and her siblings, Marion Mayes, Betty Raber and Charles Garner.
She is survived by: her children, Kareen Vincent Goodwin and Eddie Vincent (Jill); her grandchildren, Clinton Vincent, Micah Vincent (Candace) and Anna Marie Cate (Ryan); her great grandchild Ethan Wade Vincent; and her siblings, Dudley E. Garner Jr., Bill Garner (Jeanette) and Pam Adamson. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended relatives.
