She was predeceased by: her parents, Jimmie Burnett and Mildred Burnett; her husband Dewey Rowe; her granddaughter Jazmin Bankston; and her brother Willis Burnett.
She is survived by: her children, Aretha Harris (Chris), Cary Rowe (Jennifer) and Tonia Berry (Steve); her grandchildren, Montrell, Shakera, Donavon, Jr., Cary, Jr., Adam, Jacob, Camden, Jesse and Breanna; her great grandchildren, Amir' and Freya; her sisters, Sarah James (late Sylvester), Fredia Hendon (late Charles) and Sandie Dixon (Raymond); her siblings-in-law, Margaret Battles, Annie Faye Childress, Beverly Burnett, James Rowe and Richard Rowe (Alice); and her close friends, Freddie Simmons, Ronnie Hill and Theresa Greer. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Funeral Services Elk River Tabernacle (87 Crestview Dr, Winchester, TN 37398). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
