He was predeceased by: his mother Peggy Minshall (Ray); his grandparents, Nina, Melvin Smith Sr., Lloyd and Audrey Ray; and his sister Angel Marie Smith.
He is survived by: his father Don Smith; his siblings, Christopher Smith, Christina Smith and Adam Smith; his nephews, Abel Caldwell and Jackson Smith; and his niece Amber Caldwell. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
