He is survived by: his mother Jeanette Cook of Winchester; his children, Caitlin Simmons (Blake) of Tullahoma, Monica Davis (Brad) of Decherd, Destiny Ledford (Quade) of Manchester and Heath Kelley of Estill Springs; his siblings, Diane Eanes of Keego Harbor, Mich, Lynda Cook of Waterford, Shelley Seig (Mike) of Tullahoma, Sheila Roberson (Greg) of Manchester, Roger Kelley (Sissy) of Clarkston, Mich and Timothy Kelley (Shannon) of Tullahoma; his grandchildren, Braylon Simmons, Daxton, Colton and Ireland Ledford; his close friend Zuri Sexton; and his son Steve Sexton. He is also survived by Several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
