He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow and Mary D. Hall of Winchester. He is survived by: his wife Betty Joyce Rainey Hall; his children, Karen Willis (Charles), Troy Hall (Jayne) and Eric Hall (Laura); his grandchildren, Monica Meeks (Jared), Phillip Hall (Samantha), Patric Hall, Jessica Hall and Kelly Smith (Zach); and his great grandchildren, Wyatt Hall, Karlee Meeks, Nick Smith and Reed Smith.
