He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Homer and Mary Selma Crabtree (Berryhill); his sisters, Mary Joan Sturdivant and Martha Jean Mason; and his grandson Chad Harrison Crabtree.
He is survived by: his wife Lisa Willis Crabtree; his children, Gregory Crabtree (Caroline) and Gabe H. Crabtree; his grandsons, Hank, Ben and Sam Crabtree; his nephew Wendall Duncan (Betty); and his pet Lilly Pearl.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
