He was predeceased by: his parents, E. V. Mae and Rosa Mae; his wife Katherine "Kathy" Carlson Sanders; his sons, Brian Sanders and Michael; and his siblings, J. D. Sanders, Ray Dean Sanders, Harold Sanders and Geneva Banks.
He is survived by: his daughter Lori Pickett (Kevin); his grandchildren, Blake Pickett, Brian Allen Sanders and Jeramy Sanders; his great grandchildren, Emily Ann, Hunter, Jeramy Hayden and Meah Katherine; his siblings, Ralph Sanders and Frances Sells; and his close friends, Linda Davis and Holli (Mark). He is also survived by Sons, and Garrett Sons; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Moore-Cortner Funeral Home (300 1st Ave NW, Winchester, TN 37398). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
