He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Madison and Rosie Mae Lewis (Riddle); his significant other Laura Lewis; and his siblings, Roy Junior Lewis, Mary Lee "Minnie" Holt and Claborn "Cooner" Lewis.
He is survived by: his daughters, Gail Hambrick (David), Betty Bradford (Mickey) and Kim McClure (Mark). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, six great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
