She is survived by: her husband William Carter Sr. of Williston, Tennessee; her children, William Carter Jr. (Mandy) of Collierville, Stephen Carter of Huntingdon, Mitchell Carter (Melinda) of Yuma, Tennessee, Alisa Byars (Carl) of Huntingdon and Robin Buttrey (Todd) of Yuma, Tennessee; and her son-in-law Charles Stanford of Cedar Grove, Tennessee. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
