He is survived by: his mother Beverly Stevenson Gresham; his wife Flotyl Gresham; his children, Lizzy Huey (Chad), Jimmy Gresham (Alaina) and Jack Gresham; his brothers, Greg Gresham (Vicky), Mike Gresham and Tim Gresham (Angela); his granddaughter Oakley; his nieces, Kelley, Whitney, Maggie and Emma; his nephew Bradley; and his pets, ShaeShae, Tobias, Belle and Buddy.
