He is survived by: his parents, Johnny Oswalt, Sr. and Cathy Armstrong Oswalt; his fiancée Chelsea Brock; his children, Amelia Marie and Eli Brock; his siblings, Ashley McCoy (Justin McCoy), Christi DeTuro (Scott Strawbridge) and Johnny Oswalt, Jr. (Cooper Oswalt); and his grandparents, Garland, Georgia Stewart, Neil Oswalt and Carolyn Hazel. He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews.
