He was predeceased by: his parents, James Herschel Boehms and Mary Jane Nichols Boehms; and his siblings, Evelyn Ruth Boehms Norton, Lanelle Boehms Dodson, Wilma Boehms Cake, Jane Boehms Smith and Jeff Henry Boehms.
He is survived by: his wife Mattie Pearl Puckett Boehms of Williamsport; his sons, Dennis Boehms (Tammy) of Brentwood and Henry Boehms (Lisa) of Mississippi; and his grandchildren, Richard Boehms (Lindsay Newsom) and Lauren (Jeremy).
