He was predeceased by: his parents, George Joseph Riley and Lessie Katherine Vandiver Riley; and his son William Paul Riley. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Justin Stokes, Jessica Legg (Clint), Steven Cannady (Cassie) and Jacob Cannady (Jerri Ann); and his close friend Donna Smith. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
