She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Oscar Whiteside and Annie Mary Pogue Whiteside; her spouse Mayfield B. Delk; and her siblings, Hortense Delk (Edward), Kathleen Morton (Charles), Vera Grimes (Jerry) and Paul N. Whiteside (Carmen).
She is survived by: her children, Susie Sowell (Tony) of Santa Fe, Anna Holmes (Steve) of Williamsport and Neil Delk (Nancy) of Williamsport; and her brother Cecil Whiteside (Letha Lou) of Hampshire. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
