He was predeceased by: his parents, Oakley Eloid Brock and Lillian Allene Wix Brock. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Fite "Kathy" Brock of Williamsport; his children, Lindsey Hart (Freddy) of Lawrence County, Phil Mash (Brandie) of Williamsport and Justin Mash (Azure) of Alabama; and his siblings, Tony Brock (Ruth) of Lawrence County and Rhonda Spears (Everett) of Lawrence County. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
