He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Parker Gooch of Wildersville; his children, Jeffery Gooch of Lexington, Timothy Gooch of Wildersville, Kimberly Gooch of Wildersville and Della Denise Thomas (Eric) of Wildersville; his siblings, Billy Don Gooch of Cedar Grove, LeaLeigh Johnson of Cedar Grove, Mary Melton of Cedar Grove and Curly Staten of Clarksburg; his grandchildren, Adria Gooch of Wildersville, Kendra Gooch of Wildersville, Timothy Gooch, Jr. of Wildersville, Spencer Williams of Wildersville, Chad Williams of Wildersville and Lecosta Gooch of Camden; and his friends, L. A. Pearson, Sr. and Larry "Poncho" Melton. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren, two special brothers-in-law.
