She was predeceased by: her husband Orville Wade Cupples; her parents, Irvin Henry Arnold and Betty Wooley Arnold; her son Shannon Cupples; and her brother William Arnold.
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Lynn Cupples and Kenvin Dewayne Cupples; her stepmother Lula Mae Adams; her siblings, Cathy Gurley, Candy Hayes (Michael), Dennis Arnold, Ricky Wood and Jeff Wood; and her grandchildren, Chelesa Neely, Landon Neely, Briley Cupples and Aiden Cupples.
