He is survived by: his wife Tara Alexander Middleton of Wildersville; his children, Jacob Middleton of Lexington, Felicia Huey of Huron and Jessica Middleton of Clarksburg; his siblings, Lynn Middleton of Wildersville and Joy Crowe of Wildersville; his grandchildren, Avery Middleton, Trace Middleton, McKinley Stanford, Eli Middleton, Josh Reeves (Emily), Lindsey Reeves (Rick), Justin Reeves and Kiley Jo Reeves; and his great grandchild Paisley Reeves.
In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be given to the American Cancer Society.
