She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Pendergrass and Ethel Coffman Pendergrass; and her siblings, Howell, Loyd Ryan Pendergrass, Clara McKee, Mary Patterson and Edna Peterson.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel Perry (Susan) and Emily Sikes; and her grandchildren, Jill, Matt, Casey, Clayton, Bradley and Natalie. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
