He was predeceased by: his mother Cecilia Smith Lockhart. He is survived by: his father James Harold Lockhart; his siblings, Brenda Lee Olters and David Eugene Lockhart; his daughters, Keeli Fox (Brian) of Sale Creek, TN and Amber Lockhart of Sweetwater, TN; and his brother James Lockhart (Renita). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
