He is survived by: his wife Charlene Rankin Lewis; his children, Scottie Lewis of Whitwell, April Lewis Sweo (Tim) of Jackson and Sheila Lewis Evans (Roger) of Jasper; his siblings, Willena Dillard of Hixson and Wanda Rash (Leon) of Jasper; his grandchildren, Connor David Sweo, Clayton Stephen Sweo, Kyle Evans and Megan Evans; and his great grandchild Mackenzie Rogers. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
