He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Sanders Cantrell; his stepchildren, Kurt Green, Amanda Meeks, Bryan Green and Bradley Nolan; his siblings, Larry K Cantrell (Joelene), Max Montgomery, Bonnie Montgomery, Patsy Royster and Viki Skrret; his niece Celesse Oliver; and his nephews, Trevor Oliver and Zachary Cantrell. He is also survived by four grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
