She was predeceased by: her husband Larry Eggert; her parents, John Higgenbottom and Nina Allen Higgenbottom; and her siblings, Katherine Smith, Johnny Lee Higgenbottom and Austin Higgenbottom.
She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Owensby Patterson (Mike), Howard Jefferson Higgins and Genia Campbell Bolin; her sisters, Corine Smith and Joyce Sanders; her grandchildren, Chad Bolin, Ashley Bolin, Alex Cash (Sydney), Gabrielle Layne (Tristan), Heath McGowan and Mallie McGowan; and her great grandchildren, David Reece, Tucker Cash, Jackson Reece, Drake Cash, Mateo Bolin, Josie Cash, Blaze Layne and Bryant Layne.
