He is survived by: his wife Tammy Moore; his children, Autumn Manis (Josh) of Johnson City, TN, Leon Moore of Sand Mountain, AL, Herbert Joe Moore and Mary Ann Moore; his granddaughter Carrie Lou Manis; his parents, Herbert Moore and Debbie Moore; and his brother Chris Wooten of Rhea County, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
