He is survived by: his parents, John Floyd and Janie Floyd; his wife Linda Layne Floyd; his daughters, Felicia Lane (Brandon) and Terri Lynn Cookston (Heath); his granddaughters, Brynlee Lane and Finley Cookston; and his siblings, Lisa Ossowski (Tom) and Scotty Floyd (Shasta). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
