He was predeceased by: his father Paul Rollins; and his brothers, Ronald Rollins and Randy Rollins. He is survived by: his mother Peggy Rollins Shaw; his daughter Terra Ealy of Chattanooga; his siblings, Rick Rollins (Annette) and Tammie Wood (Jim) of Whitwell; his grandson Christian Ealy; and his nephew Chad Rollins (Katie).
