He was predeceased by: his wife Lillian Johnson; his parents, Bill Johnson and Nina Johnson; his son Keith Johnson; and his siblings, Willie Mae, Elsie Johnson and Joe Johnson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Gloria White (Dickie) of Pikeville and Nina Martin of Calhoun, GA; his grandchildren, Morgan White (Rob) and Elijah White (Ashley); and his great grandchild Avery Holt-Brady.
