He is survived by: his wife Catherine Melissa Campbell; his mother Rachel June Campbell; his children, Steven Taylor Campbell, Melissa Nichole Holden (Bryan Alan), Sarah Rachel Campbell and Abigail Grace Campbell; his brother Brian James Campbell (Crickett); and his grandchildren, Destiny Nichole Greer, Katheryn Grace Greer and Mason Ryan Holden.
