He was predeceased by: his parents, Ancle Cooley and Agnes Cooley; his siblings, Elzada Cooley, Ras Cooley and Junior Cooley; his niece Kathy J. Cooley; and his nephew Steven Cooley.
He is survived by: his daughter Tiffany Cooley of Whitwell; his siblings, Charlie Cooley of Dunlap, Kay Minton of Cartwright, Carl Cooley (Arlene) of Cartwright, Dennis Cooley of Cartwright, Connie Easterly (Dale) of Cartwright and Lawrence Cooley (Kathy) of Cartwright; and his grandchildren, Holden Cooley, Tristian Henry and Chrislyn Henry.
