He is survived by: his daughters, Audrey Welch (Jason) and Emily Miller (Darrus); his grandchildren, Jacob Rains (Emily), Matthew Welch, Hailey Welch, Cheyanne Welch, Clint Leblanc, Thomas Leblanc, Rodney Leblanc and Delilah Leblanc; and his great grandchildren, Nova Rains and Elijah Rains. He is also survived by many cousins and other extend family members.
