She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Dover and Nancy Evans Dover; her husband W. C. Billingsley; and her brother Kenneth Dover. She is survived by: her children, Steve Rheal (Melody), Odis Rheal (Michelle) and Renee Stamey; her sister Phyllis Miller; and her grandchildren, Joshua Rheal, William Rheal, Christopher Rheal, Joseph Greene, Laura Rheal, Jenny Rheal, Summer, Misty and Ben Johnson. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other family members and special friends.
