She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Dover and Nancy Evans Dover; her husband W. C. Billingsley; and her brother Kenneth Dover. She is survived by: her children, Steve Rheal (Melody), Odis Rheal (Michelle) and Renee Stamey; her sister Phyllis Miller; and her grandchildren, Joshua Rheal, William Rheal, Christopher Rheal, Joseph Greene, Laura Rheal, Jenny Rheal, Summer, Misty and Ben Johnson. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other family members and special friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Tate Funeral Home (950 Mel Dixon Ln, Jasper, TN 37347). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens (3076 Main St, Jasper, TN 37347).
