With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patsy Bice of Whitwell, Tennessee, who passed away on December 29, 2020 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Bice and Alvin Bice; and her brothers, Herold Bice and Al Bice. She is survived by: her brother Roger Bice of Dunlap; and her stepfather Larry Patten of Whitwell.
