She was predeceased by: her parent Martha Britton; her husband William Raymond Layne; and her sister Lucy Raines. She is survived by: her children, John A. Schull, Dolly Shull, Constance Ann Layne Dawson of Jasper, TN and Jimmy Dempsey (Tammy); her grandsons, Benjamin Dempsey of Jasper, TN and Reeves Hooper of Chattanooga, TN.; and also Mark Hooper (Stacey).
