He was predeceased by: his grandparents, L. T., Rena Garner, Barbara, Otto McDowell and James McKinney.
He is survived by: his parents, Danny Ray Garner and Cindy McKinney Garner of Whitwell; and his brother Jessie Harvey (Carrie). He is also survived by several Uncles, Aunts, cousins and many dear friends.
