He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Ann Green; his children, Johnny Carl Green (Cheryl), Patricia Fitzjarrell (Frankie), Rebecca Green, Leslie Allen Green (Tina), Vonetta Green and Tisha Green; and his brother Kenneth Green.
