He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra Kay Rollins Hicks. He is survived by: his children, Michael Hicks (Miranda), Miranda Stephenson (Josh) and Timothy Hicks (Ava); his parents, Daniel Hicks and Ruth Hicks; his siblings, Dan Hicks (Kay), Kay Green (Jack), Don Hicks and Stanley Hatfield (Janise); and his grandchildren, Gunner, Brooklynn, Grayden, Savannah, DeLaney, Hunter and Samantha.
