He is survived by: his wife Billie Smith Ross; his daughter Rebecca Ross Gilliam (Preston); his parents, W. L. Ross and Wanda Faye Burgess Ross; his brother Kelly Ross; his grandchildren, Presley Marie Gilliam and Ava Mae Gilliam; his brother-in-law Nick Shelton; and his great-nephew Owen Terry. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, many friends.
