She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Kathyrn Patterson and Archie O'Neal Patterson; her siblings, Wanda McEntire, Lamar Patterson (Joan) and Ronnie Patterson; and her granddaughter Esther Joy McDougal.
She is survived by: her children, Robert McDougal (Veronica), Mark McDougal (Misty) of Jasper, Jennifer McDougal and Kristan Dodson (Joe); her former husband Buddy McDougal; her sister Mary Jo Patterson Griffey; and her grandchildren, Grace Shrum, Faith Shrum, Noah Shrum, Bennett McDougal, Adam McDougal, Tiffany Weaver, Abbott McDougal, Ruby Ellen McDougal, Shelby Lombardo, Grey Givens, Riley Jo Dodson, Ivy Dodson and Addison Beene.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Whitwell Church of God (111 S Oak St, Whitwell, TN 37397).
