She is survived by: her husband Nathan Smith; her children, Angela Nichole Morgan, Addison Elizabeth Smith, Alyssa Brooke Smith and Cameron Wayne Smith; her parents, Herbert Moore and Deborah Sue Moore; and her brothers, Tommy June Moore and Chris Lee Wooten.
