He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Clark and Lula Askins Clark. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Price Clark; his sons, John Travis Clark and Shawn Paul Clark; and his siblings, Charles C. Clark, Walter Clark, Gerald Clark, Marilyn Laws (Richard), Darlene Kirk, Joyce Payne (Joe), Sharon Rearden (Gayle) and Brenda Mazy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and loyal friends.
