He is survived by: his wife Ethel Iles Perkins; his sons, Barry Perkins (Ellen) and Randy Perkins (Jana); his grandchildren, Tyler, Zachary, Sydney and Lance; and his great grandchild Kaidan. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
