He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Eugene Daniel and Mattie Jo Massengale Daniel. He is survived by: his wife Melinda Jane Daniel; his children, James Daniel (April), Bradley Givens and Amy Harris; his siblings, Mike Daniel, Brian Daniel (Cindy) and Vickie Hines (David); and his grandchildren, Haley Cooper and Colton Stephens. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and beloved friends.
