He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Easterly and Edith Easterly; his son Gary Easterly; and his sisters, Dorothy Thomas and Martha Dempsey.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Ruth Easterly; his children, David Easterly (Kim) and Brenda Bryant (Clyde); his siblings, JoAnn Layne, Betty Dorsett and Bobo Easterly of Richard Easterly; and his stepdaughters, Carol Merritt and Frida Kay Trappard (Tom). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
