We are sad to announce that on January 25, 2022, at the age of 104, Hazel Pauline Shirley of Whitwell, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Joe Ottis Shirley; her daughter Carolyn S. Boyd; her parents, Frank Holloway and Bernice Holloway; and her siblings, Lois Slatton, James F. Holloway, Clarence E. Holloway, John F. "Sonny" Holloway, Jr. and Shirley.

She is survived by: her daughter Teresa Ford (Bill) of Whitwell; her grandchildren, Jamie Morgan, Greg Ford and Julie F. Phares; and her great grandchildren, Jamie Morgan, Emma Ford, Brooke Phares and Athena Morgan.
