He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Stephenson; his parents, Joseph Stephenson and Viola Stephenson; his son Joe Stephenson; and his siblings, Joe Stephenson, John Stephenson, Bill Stephenson, Tom Stephenson, Jack Stephenson and Wilma Bradley.
He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Hicks (Mike) of Wildwood and Kim Prestel (Ray) of Whitwell; his sister Linda Slater (Bill); his grandchildren, Alyson Prestel (David Lujan), Kimber Lee McKenzie and Spencer Prestel (Stefanie); and his great grandchildren, Joseph McKenzie, Aubrey McKenzie, Emma McKenzie, Liam McKenzie and Mia Kate Lujan.
