He was predeceased by: his parents, Riley Blevins and Lidia Blevins; and his siblings, Juanita Knight and Harold Blevins. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Blevins; his children, Karen VonRohr (Ray), Marvin (Carolyn), Raymond (Chanda), Dwight (Sabrina) and Keith Blevins (Stacey); and his sister Rose Smith (Ernest) of Whitwell. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
