She was predeceased by: her parents, A. B. Barnett and Frances Garnett Barnett; her siblings, Harold, Paul, Elisha, Ronald Barnett, Willie Warrick and Dorothy Howard; and her close friend James Brewer, Jr..
She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Bottomlee (Shawn); her sisters, Jackie Morrison (Jeff) and Patricia Hix (Jim); her grandsons, Blake Downey (Tiffany) and Tyler Mauk (Kara); and her great grandchild Aiden Downey.
